If you are reading this article, there is a good chance that you have been invited to distribute your partner company's offers. We will guide you through the use of the Digital Warehouse you just received.
The following information is an imaginary example to explain how it works. In our example, we have just received an email with a link to the digital warehouse. The link was sent by the company Roll R, a manufacturer of electric motors.
https://www.map.arkanna.co/marketplaces/RollR/1635409441
It leads us to the next page, which is the digital warehouse of Roll R, where their offers to be distributed are categorized.
The Digital Warehouse
The digital warehouse contains all offers. It has a secure entrance. You can write your email or an ID number. If you are already logged in, via the editor, you will be logged in automatically.
The listed offers will then be personalized with your name. So if you send it to your customers, we will reserve it for you. All communications will be redirected to you, for those customers with whom you have shared the link.
To help position the offers, they have been categorized in the digital warehouse, by target audience and problems they solve for your customers. This gives you access to power point, which can be used for your customer presentations.
In our case, we see that there are 5 categories: Maritime, Aeronautics, Automotive, Robotic and R&D. Our customers are mainly boat manufacturers, so we will open the Maritime category, and discover the product sheet.
We can click on the link to have the whole product sheet "Electrify boat" opened.
The product sheet
A product sheet is a Sales Play Book, that is to say that it contains all the information to be able to understand the offer and present it to your customers.
So the important elements are "Which problem does it solve?"
This category is usually written as questions. They will allow us to qualify the prospect. Indeed, if my prospect answer yes to these questions, there is a good chance that he is interested in the offer.
"What is it?" is a description summary of the offer.
"Learn more" is the power point presentation of the offer that you can use during your customer meetings.
How to use the product sheet?
First of all, we use it to understand the offer to be distributed, and therefore to be able to be effective during the customer presentations.
Marketing
The first thing to do is to give the personalized link of the product sheet to our marketing department so that they can share it on social networks and make an emailling campaign.
After a few days, there are about ten interest generated, which I received by email, with the details of the customers to contact for a follow-up.
Sales
My sales people organised a video call and presented the power point contained in the product sheet. We then invite them to a showcase of the engine at our company. In the follow-up email, we included the product sheet again, so they have a record.
In our case, we send an official quote, requested by the customer, with the option to buy by transfer or online payment by credit card, through the product sheet.
Finance
The customer decides to pay online, through the product sheet, the commission is then automatically transferred to our wallet and Roll R recovers the amount due to them.
Everyone can then recover the amount in his own currency, directly on his bank account.
Summary of the sales process in our example
Selection of the product sheet -> Marketing campaign with the selected product sheet -> Meeting and power point presentation contained in the product sheet -> Follow-up email including the product sheet -> Sending of quotation from Roll R -> Purchase through the product sheet -> Recovery of commission amounts through the wallet.
